Materials Testing:

Design and evaluation of material tests, either bulk or sample candidate materials, in operating or pilot plant situations. Report on the evaluation of test of candidate materials and recommendations for applications. Process Engineers, Metallurgists, Chemists and Design Engineers for new application and facilities.

Materials Evaluations:

Evaluation of materials which have been in service in operating conditions. Report on the evaluation and recommendations for continued use of the material, replacement material or changed form, function or fabricability of material operational personnel.


Corrosion Engineering

Corrosion Protection Methods: 

Recommendations for corrosion protection methods for specific applications. Report on the recommended corrosion protection methods. Designers of new facilities.

Corrosion Risk Analysis: 

Identification, assessment and mitigation of major risks that can be caused by corrosion in specific applications, including cost/benefit analysis. Risk Action Plan Designers of new facilities and operators of existing facilities.

Corrosion Design Criteria: 

Assessments of designs to assess the likelihood or corrosion in specific applications. Corrosion Design Criteria, including recommended design features and practices to minimise corrosion and/or to accommodate recommended corrosion protection methods.

Mentoring and Coaching: 

Informal sessions aimed at small groups to discuss specific problems.
